All-Fours All Stars (“the app”) is an online multiplayer card game published by BZ Gaming (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage;
• use automated tools or bots to play on your behalf;
• harass, abuse, or impersonate other players;
• choose a username that is offensive or impersonates someone else;
• interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, our servers or another player's account.

4. Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design, artwork, and content, is the property of BZ Gaming. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership or any licence to you beyond the limited right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Advertising and in-app items

The app shows rewarded video advertisements, which you may choose to watch in exchange for in-app benefits such as continued play. Any in-app credits, seats, or streaks have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or removed where necessary to correct an error or respond to abuse.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. It may contain bugs, may be unavailable at times, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Game history, statistics, ranks, and progress may be adjusted or reset where necessary to correct an error, reverse the effects of a bug or exploit, or respond to abuse. Competitive standings that run on a cycle, such as weekly leaderboards, reset at the end of each period by design.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BZ Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, including for a breach of the acceptable use rules in section 3. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
